INDIGENOUS TUTORING & MENTORING PROGRAM
-Supporting our communities today-
Here at the Indigenous Tutoring & Mentoring Program, we provide free support and guidance to Indigenous children, teenagers, and students as they pursue their academic and personal goals.
SECONDARY SCHOOL DATA IDENTIFIES THAT THE RATE OF FIRST NATION GRADUATION IS SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER THAN THE NATION-WIDE AND PROVINCE-WIDE GRADUATION RATE.
FEWER FIRST NATION YOUNG ADULTS HAVE COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL COMPARED TO NON-INDIGENOUS PEOPLE IN CANADA.
ABORIGINAL PEOPLE AGED 15 AND OVER HAVE A MUCH LOWER EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT THAN THEIR NON-ABORIGINAL COUNTERPARTS.
WAYS WE CONTRIBUTE
